SIN REDEFINED-(PART 2)

We rather do PART 2 of SIN REDEFINED- today.( SIN REDEFINED- with a 'negative' minus  sign) This simply means  redefining SIN wrongly.

So we ended Friday morning on the fact that God hates sin at all forms, levels, size and at all times.

CONTINUING:
In this modern era (that we're all in) 'WHAT IS SIN' seem to have metamorphosed.
I mean changed to the negative. SIN REDEFINED-

Sin is viewed in the context of its enormity. We mostly accept it only when it's BIG glossing over the LITTLE LITTLE ONES. 

I know there are those we call bigger sins. I won't disagree..ee on that term per say especially as human as we are. 

Yes, some of the sins are big in nature with dire or greater consequences.

In 1 Cor.6:18, Paul talks about our infamously famous sexual immorality saying  'Flee from Sexual Immorality.  All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually sins against their own body.'

However, and most importantly  how does a sin travel to the exreme lengths of Sexual Immorality, Robbery, Addictions & the like.

It's  because the LITTLE LITTLE THINGS have been 'chronically'     overlooked.
Beloved, this is what God is primarily interested  in.

He doesn't wait to scream on us or is just interested in punishing us with the bigger sins. (As men/churches do, when someone commits fornication)

SIMPLY, HE WANTS US TO OBEY HIM WITH THOSE SIMPLE  FOUNDATIONAL TRUTHS IN HIS WORD.

Unlike man, he provides at every step;  those simple countless ways by which we can live for him. (THE SAD TRUTH IS WE IGNORE THEM)

These scriptures give us a clear picture of what our our lives should hinge on and be a guiding factor right from the basis. 

Joshua 1:8
"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."

2 Timothy 3:16-17
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped FOR EVERY GOOD WORK. 

John 14:15
“If you love me, YOU WILL KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS.

James 1:22
" Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourself. DO WHAT IT SAYS.

Beloved, let's bury, soak, fortify ourselves with THE WORD OF GOD at all times so that we'll be enabled to deal with those little little sins that graduates into SIN REDEFINED-  which we only justify.
