  Reading the John 8 gives you a clear view of why v. 24.(A test of a woman who had committed Adultery by the Pharisees) Once again about the Pharisees and teachers who are so steeped in the wrong interpretation of the law. They can quote it all yet lack the understanding since their mindset & conscience polluted by worldly intrusions. For Such people, Jesus says “will die in their sins”. They can’t see the truth to believe in it…all they see is all they do which is always right in their eyes.
