The Digest (Habakkuk 2:14)

On Digest this year, one major feature is that Scripture will  explain/interpret Scripture. One Scripture will say one and another scripture will  confirm and throw more light bringing further clarity. Such is the case of Habakkuk 2:14 Daniel 12:4 confirms it - But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. And So… *There was a time when the Holy Bible was the preserve of the High Priests and Popes. *There was a time when the interpretation of Scripture was  the exclusive ‘right’ and duty of only  Reverends and Bishops *There *was*🤔 a time when the final say of anything Christianity &the Bible was from Minsters of God. What they say is what we do. We were just subservient….No questions…we just obeyed….taking them as God or demi-god while forgetting that they were only men of God who are fallible hence their words had to be tested with God’s WORD to establi...

The glory of Israel will fly away like a bird,   for your children will not be born or grow in the womb     or even be conceived. As we pray this, we pray that we will/shall be faithful to you the rest of our days.

(Y3 hy3 da fa y3n ho) Beloved, our concern for how we look is far serious& takes bulk of our time than we think. Some crave for compliments whiles others really ask for it. With all these i want you to ask yourself this question: 'HOW DO I LOOK?' Jesus in speaking to his disciples talked about the attitude of the pharisees which reflected the title today. (Matt.23:25-28 ) 25 "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. 26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean. 27 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything uncle...

Psalm 16:11- "*You make known to me* the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore" Shall we understand that for every tangible change, real growth and total transformation  that is seen in the lives of people; it starts from the inward ( our hearts). Here we are first looking at those deep (spiritual) internal processes  that go on in the life of many around us before any visible action. For the many who are deeply burdened, in total despair, a Gloomy and troubling Life all round, when the Glory of God  descend… … It is just that Word of God that drops in their spirit, That godly sorrow that convicts and rebuke them to repent, That Reaasurance that they need to keep on, That Word that Speaks directly  to their Situation, That Confirmation of they need to pursue that goal…. … That which keep their Heart at total peace preventing from ‘taking that action’, That which energizes to now say let’s Do it & Tho...
