In dealing with the intro phases of our Glory theme few weeks back, elements like Beauty, radiance, light and stars featured greatly.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. (Heb 1:3)
Psalm 96:6: “Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
A Captivating Look
An illuminating sparkle
An irresistible smell
( These phrases caught your attention asking yourself who or what are we talking about)
Today, we won’t ask the questions or situate the discussion from the negative standpoint rather the positive.
*Imagine a relationship where the thought just the mere thought of each other is ENOUGH to make wonna do, stop, want to to fight, not give up
*Imagine a relationship where your (godly) conviction of what you see in him, the Grace and Light upon his/her life, what his/her future portends , what you have practically witnessed from your intimate talk sessions make you want to stay, work it out, go on to bring all that to fruition and forever do life together.
*Imagine where we(BOTH) desire, want to, make the effort and do all the DUE Spiritual and Physical part needed to enter with a mentality of a Forever affair, fixing it and make it work, we’re in it forever. And so we will always do the needfuls by avoiding, learning, curing, forgiving, unlearning, changing, relearning, giving it another chance.
(What do you think will happen if we all did…. And it’s not like it’s impossible. Sadly, a lot of people enter into relationships and marriages with an already defeated mindset- A lot more on my * LET’S HATE DIVORCE piece to share soon)
And so we were not there when they met and all in between. Well, until they formally outdoored it…Years on, we are still not in their secret places & what they do behind the scenes yet…..
*You see them and truly you see that glow, bliss, beauty, warmth, peace, chemistry, radiance, light, purity,admiration and above all LOVE drawn all over that union ( making you also desire to be)
Oh I even saw one today as I stepped out
(And I must say this is REGARDLESS of the may many troubles, challenges they will face too because they’ll definitely have their fair share but victory is assured. John 16:33)
Beloved, Every Glorious Relationship is Christ-centered and if it is then we must rinse and renew our minds from the world’s contoured views on marriage and fully embrace and live out (these ) his Word’s original and wholesome blueprint.
These concluding verses
Hebrews 13:4- “Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.”
1 Peter 3:7
“Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.”
The question once more:
*Is there Beauty ,Radiance and that Fragrance in your relationship???…
A question only you can sincerely answer. These guides or pointers based on his word are only signals to take the rightful decisions before the ties are finally bound.
