Oohw I hate negativity. I do!!!
Even when it is bad and we all know it is bad, I want to (be able to) turn it to good or simply eke out something good out of it all.

And so, It can be Bad….Terribly bad…Sometimes not so easy to even think if a brighter side exist but at the end of the day, after all the time to reflect and heal, can we steam out some shine because there is always that with God.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.(Philippians 4:8)

Hello and Welcome to Attracting his Glory- the ‘Bask in Anything& Everything Glorious’ How.

(I said it was my one of my fav. guides for a reason…)

Right from the aforementioned points- And I’m scripting my words carefully here:

I hate it when ALL I MEAN ALL we say, surround ourselves with and live by is Men are BAD, Fear Women, This thing called Marriage, Being a Christian is good oo but sometimes…, Nipa yɛ bad oo, This World ee, Africa, this continent….

That is all we do, say, watch and listen to…And Society continues to encourage it as our Radio and TV programmes specialize in promoting that. This has engulfed our Society and so we all live by this fear & premeditated mindset of a world ready to crush on us everytime, because virtually everyone is BAD.

This is all you bask in. You are Basking in Everything ’DIS-Glorious’ and you’re wondering why….

No wonder you mostly feel restless, demoralized and with that strong feeling & thought that something is ‘doing you’….

Actually, it may be because of what you’ve saturated your mind with…what you have switched on to…What all the negativity around you is attracting….

Proverbs 23:7: “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” (often interpreted as your inner life creating your outer reality).

And if it is all negative…. Then your guess…

‘You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.’ Isaiah 26:4
Those Whose Minds are… if all godly and positive then…

And so, What will Basking in Anything and Everything Positive/ Glorious do???…(We will come back to this)

From where I sit, I also see a lot of Glorious marriages/Relationships too, yes to the many many bad ones that exist too…. Ooh not just marriages of old but ‘GenZ’ ones doing great as well.

I have wonderful Human Beings around me, wonderful Christians around me, godly and wonderful examples all over….

This is from where I sit. What then do you think the attraction will be?… And you think there is no consciousness and intentionality to it???…What about You, Your angle?…

Once again, You are what you attract oo…So stop surrounding yourself with negative vibes, negative people, negative things, negative environment-your circle.

And so If your friend, immediate circle, is toxic even your church is not helping, do the needful.

You may try to accommodate but if they are turning you into their kind of animal, LEAVE!
Seriously, If they are not helping you grow, CUT THEM OFF. It is biblical…nothing wrong or sinful has been occasioned.

Note the phrase underlined here…

1 Corinthians 5:11: “…not to associate with anyone who claims to be a believer but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.”( Read these too- 1Cor.15:33, Rom16:17, 1Cor 10:12)

Clearly, What we focus on & bask in, continues to build and shape us affecting how Glorious we become all in line with God’s plans and purposes for us.

You there, What Glory do you want to attract?….One of Influence, of Wealth, Wisdom, Charisma where your Presence alone speaks even before, Riches, Healthy Relationships, Life Well Lived, be fruitful and not called barren, Good&Exemplary Marriages et al.

This can only BE when you Bask & continually Bask in the one who is the source of it all, the source of all Glory- Everything and Anything Glorious…..

The LORD, GOD ALMIGHTY!!!

And you know what he will do as you seek these, he will lead us and lead us right to the Right People, True Friends& Associations,Noble Mentors, Pure Men of God, Lovely&Deep Conversations, Right Connections,Excellent Examples in Ministry and Professions all over…. What again, help me list them.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.(Philippians 4:8)

This is All because we sought anything Glorious and sought it right from the source. This is is coupled with most importantly basking in God directly and continually…who gives us Life, Abundant Life to Live well, the Grace,Power, Wisdom, Knowledge, Discernment, the gifting and all those we need for Life and godliness.

These verses:
Isaiah 58:14: “Then you shall take delight in the LORD, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth

Proverbs 17:22 – “A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.

In attracting and attaining his glory, Basking in Anything and Everything Glorious is so so Needed. May God help us as people of the light to be and remain positive in a world full of negativity and darkness.

Romans 15:13 – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
