CONCLUSION: LISTENING(THE SELF& GOD SIDE)'

We continue right from this morning on 'LISTENING.'

Now the main questions again:


DO YOU MAKE TIME TO HEAR&LISTEN TO GOD???
Prov. 22:17
Pay attention and listen to the sayings of the wise; apply your heart to what I teach.

This is where the problem is. Hardly do we do this yet we expect that God will do great and miraculous things in our lives.

How can a young man keep his way pure?...
The step of the righteous are ordered by God. How?...This is when God speaks& we also hear to do as he says.

So, HOW DO YOU HEAR FROM GOD?
He he...I laugh because for the past weeks,questions that have come to me have centered on this&the Spirit told me which I quickly listened😄:

'There are several ways to hear from me but I speak to every person(CHRISTIAN) uniquely and differently at different points in time.'

In other words, you are the only person who will know how God speaks to you. NOONE CAN DO IT FOR YOU&THIS CRUCIALLY DETERMINE YOUR LIFE.(No wonder a lot of christians are being deceived& are wasting away)

The modes through which we hear from God are the same old traditional ones.

*Word of God-Read, Study, Meditate. (II Timothy 3:16-17)

*Prayer-Based on the word& is Spirit-led. (Jeremiah 33:3)

*Developing a (personal) habit to walk, hear&listen to the Spirit (Spirit-led life)-(John 14:26, Rom.8:14)

*Through prophecy(1Thess. 5:19-21)

*Through Godly counsel(Proverbs 11:14 ).

*Through Confirmation. (Matthew 18:16 )

*Through Circumstance/Timing.(Acts 18)

*Through Praises/worship, In silence& it goes on&on&on.(NB:THEY MUST ALL BE BASED ON THE WORD)

Once again, note that even with the above, God still speaks to us uniquely&we all listen differently.  It's Never the same!!!

IN ALL,Hearing or Listening to God is a skill or art which is ONLY DEPENDENT ON YOUR RELATIONSHIP OR LEVEL OF INTIMACY WITH GOD.
