Somewhere in May 2016, I wrote the message titled *'ABBA FATHER'*
Snippets:
_We normally see God in a very fearful light.We talk about his love but truly we see him as a fearful giant whom we shudder leaving us with no choice than to beg for our needs..._
_God, the one you serve has given you the right to call him ABBA FATHER...DADDY. The only qualification is to ACCEPT HIM as SAVIOUR & LORD. (Romans 10:9)_
So he says in *Romans 8:15*
_The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again...the Spirit you received brought about your ADOPTION to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”_
Chiefly, *The Fear Factor*, *Trust Issues*, *Closeness &Intimacy* lie at the forefront of Fatherhood challenges.
Observing from the old testament, God himself had to clear the notion in order to truly reflect his Loving yet just nature hence *'addressing it in the new era with the Abba Template through Jesus Christ'*
*ABBA*-is an Aramaic word that would most closely be translated as “Daddy.”
*ABBA FATHER-* Used by young children to address their fathers... signifying the close, intimate relationship of a father to his child.
*ABBA FATHER Relationship-* in the Bible
indicates a CHILDLIKE TRUST in the UNFAILING ONE(GOD).
This is the perfect example that God has laid for us...
That Fathers will move from the old, primitive, domineering, fearful mentality of Fathers to the new, refreshing, accommodating,loving,merciful DADDY...ABBA FATHER mentality where the FAITH AND TRUST LIKE THAT OF A CHILD is the basis of the relationship.
Thankfully, as I have been saying, Fathers today are stepping up to the plate(even with their forks&knives😀)...The future indeed looks bright✨✨
*As Pivotal&ever needed as he God is, so did he do same by creating the institution of marriage&Family with Fathers at the hem...The home is always better placed with a Father & I mean a father in it*
*Ain't we able to approach God's throne with Confidence,Joy Reverence,Love,Comfort&faith...where all our needs&expectations are met*
(This is just because Our God is not just our creator but also Our Father.)
*SO I SAY:*
*This is the Best Template that God has laid for us...The ABBA Father Template...It is Possible because he himself is our Chief Guide*
*HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL FATHERS*
