1 John 5:21(Amplified version)  “Little children (believers, dear ones), guard yourselves from idols—[false teachings, moral compromises, and anything that would take God’s place in your heart].” *What’s so harmful with having a leisurely sport like Football??… *What’s the big deal in supporting a team just for the fun of it?… *Are we or can we even bury our head in the core spirituals 24/7? *Did Jesus himself not make time to attend a wedding through which he performed a miracle?…(aside the many feast with his disciples & many other sinners) *All Work& no play….Isn’t that why Ecclesiastes says –  So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can.
