'MOTHER'S MEDITATION'

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MOTHERS.

So since today is the day, what else on 'MEDITATE' than to MEDITATE on Mothers.

These are verses that talk everything  Motherhood. Let's Enjoy:

Ephesians 6:1-3 –
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise – that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life.

Psalm 127:3 – Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD, and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

Isaiah 66:13 – As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you.

1 Timothy 5:1-2 –
Encourage…older women as mothers.

Psalm 113:9 – He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!

Proverbs 23:22-25 –
Listen to your father who gave you life, and do not despise your MOTHER when she is old..... Let your father and mother be glad; let her who bore you rejoice.

2 Timothy 1:5 – I am reminded of your sincere faith, a faith that dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am sure, dwells in you as well.

Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 6:20-22
My son, keep your father’s commandment, and forsake not your mother’s teaching. Bind them on your heart always; tie them around your neck. When you walk, they will lead you; when you lie down, they will watch over you; and when you awake, they will talk with you.

Proverbs 20:20
If one curses his father or his mother, his lamp will be put out in utter darkness.

Proverbs 31:10-17
A wife of noble character who can find?She is worth far more than rubies.Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
She brings him good, not harm,all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands.She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.She gets up while it is still night;
She provides food for her familyand portions for her female servants.
She considers a field and buys it;out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.She sets about her work vigorously;her arms are strong for her tasks.

Proverbs 31:18-24
She sees that her trading is profitable,and her lamp does not go out at night.
In her hand she holds the distaff and grasps the spindle with her fingers.She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.
When it snows, she has no fear for her household;for all of them are clothed in scarlet.She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
Her husband is respected at the city gate,where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
She makes linen garments and sells them,and supplies the merchants with sashes.

Proverbs 31:25-30
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.” ...

SO I SAY:
ALL THESE ARE ABOUT MOTHERS.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
